Twenty-two private acres on the edge of the Berry Islands. The shoreline runs long and soft, the water stays calm into the late afternoon, and the grounds are easy to walk in flip-flops from one end to the other.

There's a deck for shaded seating, cabanas if you want one to yourself, and a quiet stretch of beach past the boardwalk where the pigs sometimes wander up on their own time. No itinerary needed.

We built the place so the day moves at island pace. Guides check in but don't hover. The only rush is the boat back to the ship.

Six spots photographers come back for. The dock at golden hour catches the light low and turns the water glassy gold. The swing on the south point sits where the shoreline curves, framing the open water behind it.

The shoreline where the pigs wander is the most photographed spot on the island. It's worth knowing when to be there: early morning and late afternoon, when the pigs are most likely to come close and the light is most flattering.

There's a small ridge above the main beach with a clean horizon line, and the boardwalk between the deck and the boat dock catches a wide shot of the whole property. Bring a phone, or work with our shooters.
