1.About Treasure Island and the Site

Treasure Island is a private island excursion in the Berry Islands, Bahamas. Through this Site we offer:

• Photo galleries and photo purchases, powered by Zenfolio
• Branded merchandise, sold through Shopify and fulfilled by Printful

Island visits and shore excursions are arranged and reserved through participating cruise lines, not purchased on this Site. Any links to cruise-line reservations are provided for your convenience.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through the Site. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.Photo Purchases (Zenfolio)

Photo galleries and photo sales are provided through Zenfolio. Photo browsing, purchases, downloads, licensing, and delivery are subject to Zenfolio's terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

• Purchased digital photos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
• We and our photographers retain ownership of all images; a purchase does not transfer copyright.

4.Merchandise Orders (Shopify & Printful)

Merchandise is sold through Shopify and produced on demand and shipped by Printful.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
• Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant they are error-free.
• Because items are made to order, production and shipping timelines vary; any estimate is not a guarantee.

5.Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; by submitting an order you authorize the charge to your payment method.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

6.Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Merchandise is shipped by Printful to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by incorrect address information.
