1.These Are Wild Animals

The animals at Treasure Island are wild and live in their natural environment. Their behavior is unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed or controlled. Sightings, proximity, and interactions vary from day to day, and no specific animal encounter is promised as part of your visit.

2.Guided Encounters

All wildlife encounters are led by trained local guides. For your safety and the animals' wellbeing, you must follow guide instructions at all times. Guides may pause, modify, or end an encounter at their discretion.

3.Assumption of Risk

Interacting with wild animals and being in and around open water carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, stings, slips, and the ordinary risks of swimming and boating. You participate voluntarily and assume these risks for yourself and for any minors in your care.

4.Swimming Pigs

• Do not feed the pigs unless a guide provides food and directs you to do so.
• Keep hands, fingers, and belongings clear of their mouths.
• Wash your hands after any contact and before eating.

5.Southern Stingrays

• Stingray encounters take place in shallow, calm water with a guide present.
• Do not chase, grab, or lift the rays. Touch only as your guide directs, and shuffle your feet along the sand as instructed to avoid startling them.

6.Children and Supervision

Minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The supervising adult is responsible for the minor's conduct and safety during every encounter.

7.Health, Swimming, and Personal Responsibility

• You are responsible for knowing your own swimming ability and health limitations.
• Life vests are available; please use them if you are not a confident swimmer.
• Use reef-safe sunscreen, and tell your guide about any relevant medical conditions before entering the water.

8.Respecting the Animals and Environment

Help keep the animals healthy and the island protected: keep a respectful distance, do not feed except as directed, do not remove anything from the environment, and follow all posted and verbal guidance from the crew.

9.Photography

Personal photography is welcome, but never at the expense of safety or animal welfare. Do not use flash on the animals, and do not put yourself, others, or the animals at risk to get a shot.

10.Release and Limitation of Liability
